Why You Don’t Need To Wait Until Things Calm Down To Make Progress Towards Your Dream Life
I couldn’t wait to see him…
It was August 2025.
After the tough start to the year when I collapsed and started my healing journey, and after 4 long months apart from my boyfriend, all I wanted was to fly to Canada and see him.
I thought this was my moment to climb back up after hitting rock bottom.
But one day after checking the visa portal page right after waking up, the universe said, “No, it isn’t time to fly to Canada.”
My visa was rejected.
My boyfriend couldn’t come back to see me. We didn’t know when we would see each other again.
It felt like I was hitting rock bottom once again.
During the next months, HER Daily Equation was the oxygen that pushed me through.
You see, we all tell ourselves “I’ll start working out when things calm down. When this project finishes, when I have more money, when I have more time...”
But the truth is… life never calms down.
The cleaning never ends.
There’s always going to be another launch, another problem to solve, another event…
And I get it.
We are used to traditional routines that feel like more pushing, rushing, grinding… more discomfort.
But HER Daily Equation doesn’t feel like that.
It feels like relief, like coming home.
When My Nervous System Refused to Grind
After my visa was rejected, my nervous system went into survival mode.
It turned into the most challenging year of my life.
For a few days all my mind was screaming was, “We need to focus 100% on the business, we need to make more money. Your future family depends on it! The more you work, the sooner you’ll see your boyfriend again. Let’s start looking for agencies that help us with the visa!”
Crazy.
On top of that, I was still in the middle of my healing journey, facing my wounds and rewiring my identity.
My emotional and mental capacity was tapped.
And so was my time.
I knew I still needed to take care of myself, otherwise I wouldn’t make it through.
So I leaned into HER Daily Equation.
Trading Rigid Discipline for Sacred Flexibility
The magic of the Equation is that it meets you exactly where you are:
I had days when I needed to release a lot of energy, so lifting weights for 45 minutes felt like medicine. It made me fee powerful, strong, capable.
But there were other days I didn’t have lots of energy, and so my Movement turned into a walk in nature that brought me comfort and calmness.
Some days I would spend 30 minutes exploring my Inner World and navigating tough emotions.
Other days, a 2-minute breath check or a moment where I told myself, “I see you, I love you, you’re safe” would do it.
Some mornings, my Creative Expression looked like writing for 30 minutes because Ifelt deeply inspired and creative.
Other mornings it looked like writing “Today it’s raining, and I’m crying too”.
Every day, I found myself coming back to my Soul Singing. Some days it felt like dancing and being silly, other days it felt like letting myself be held and seen by lyrics that understood me.

You get the point now… I didn’t need 2 hours. Because the equation is flexible, it adapts to your needs, your schedule, and to your cycle as a woman.
It doesn’t matter what you are going through in your life, HER Daily Equation is always there for you.
As it was for me.
It kept me grounded and close to myself for the entire 9 months that my boyfriend and I were forced apart.
I survived.
I learned. I grew.
Then, we reunited.
So, I want you to leave with this:
You don’t need more time.
You need a system that doesn't punish you for being human.
If a system requires perfect conditions to work, it’s not a system—it’s a trap.
